Caring in the Way You Deserve Established in 2016, Shining Bright Senior Care Home Inc. is a residential care facility for the elderly with six locations throughout Southern California. These are private homes where warm and loving home-like care accentuates a family-oriented atmosphere. They are situated in brighter sections of Rolling Hills Estates, Huntington Beach, Costa Mesa, Anaheim, Long Beach, and Garden Grove, California, amidst quiet yet cheerful neighborhoods.
